Damaged offices in need of repair
This two offices had been damaged and were in need of repair. All work was done after hours and on weekends so as to not disturb the other occupants.
Wall Framing
The metal framing was replaced as needed, then insulation was added
Insulating the Walls
After repairing the framing, fire-retarded insulation was installed.
Sheetrock Installation
After insulating the walls, fire-rated sheetrock was installed
Office sheetrock
The sheetrock was finished and prepped for painting
Painting and Trim
The rooms were painted, trim re-installed, and new window sills installed.
